My one piece of advice here would be to make sure you demand to see a copy of the student handbook before sending any money or making your final commitment. You need to know what will be required of you before you go. Otherwise you may find yourself forced to choose between agreeing to things you are uncomfortable with and losing money, time and effort by leaving as soon as you arrive.
